Miata PPF Power Kit :: 90-05

The Miata PPF power kit is an add-on to reinforce the factory Miata PPF (Power Plant Frame) which is susceptible to bending and flexing. By further strengthening the Miata PPF, movement and vibration is reduced in the drive train, especially in higher HP Miatas.

This translates into a more stable platform for delivery of power to the rear wheels. The Miata PPF power kit aids reducing the intensity of the '65 MPH shimmy'. Fits manual transmission only.

Sounds like you set the Ohlins up correctly with the 198mm measurement for the spring perch. If you are using the Ohlins supplied 4kg/mm springs for the rears...
