Customer Reviews: RB Blocks and Bolts 1990-1995 with PS
I would like to say that this product is actually quite good at stabilizing the front sway bar and sway bar mounts, compared to much unpopular belief that it does anything.
I currently own and toy with a 1992 Mazda Miata MX5. It has a Raceland Ultimo Coilover suspension (485lb/in front and 475lb/in rear spring rates), Stock front sway bar, stock end links, and a 1.8 NA Rear sway bar with 1.8 Endlinks from a 96' Miata. Also on 15x8 0+ Offset with 205/50 Kumho Ecstas. The RB Power steering compatible blocks made a significant difference tightening up the car under hard driving (i.e. pulling hairpins at about 30-40MPH) and can notice the difference when driving over rigid bumps in the road that would normally induce more sway.
For the money, you literally cannot beat it. It's great for people running sway bars bigger than 23MM that does hard driving with a lower mileage car, or if people like me, have a much higher mileage miata (200+K on stock motor and body) to mount with the stock sway bar or slightly larger on the stock sway bar mounts. It's great to actually keep them from shearing into two and does a great job of stiffening up the 2-wheel preload.
