DESCRIPTION
Air Splitters are designed to help protect your front bumper and air dam. Modern bumpers are made from flexible urethane to allow flexing when bumped -- but the painted surfaces are still vulnerable to scratches and scrapes. Air Splitters help protect your bumper by extending the protection around the front perimeter. The original Splitter is made from 1/8" thick, high-impact ABS plastic and the extreme version in 1/4". The top surface has a black texture finish, while the underside has a smooth finish that slides easily over steep approach angles. Air Splitter Extreme for Factory spoiler
I have not installed this splitter yet. However the install looks extremely simple and should easily install in less than hour. The material is rough on top and smooth on the bottom and its relatively thick. The logo is raised, almost like a rubber adhered to it and looks awesome. All hardware came for the install. I was a little concerned when it came in a box and zip tied in a circle but as soon as I snipped the zip ties it immediately flattens out with no bend. Its a quality part. Glad I bought it.
