EXEDY 10805 STAGE 1 Organic Heavy Duty Clutch Kit

Exedy is the premier Japanese OEM clutch supplier and EXEDY made your factory Miata clutch so when they told us they had finished a new organic disc heavy duty Miata clutch kit we took notice by installing one in our own 97 Miata..and we love it. SPEC MIATA Approved!

Like our ACT HD clutch this one increases clamping pressure by 52% and will take the abuse of autocross and track days and low boost applications. Like our ACT HD, this clutch will also give you a slightly stiffer clutch pedal (about 20% stiffer).

But this EXEDY clutch gives a more stock-like release curve....very much like the factory clutch release curve!

Kit comes complete with everything you need for installation including Pressure Plate, Clutch Disc, Throw Out Bearing, Pilot Bearing and Clutch Alignment Tool. Fits all 1994 through 2005 Mazda Miata (note that owners of the earlier 90-93 cars can also install this unit IF they match it with any of our 1.8 flywheels). MSRP is $417....

BRIAN'S APPLICATION NOTES: This is my first choice for a Miata clutch upgrade for those who want better than stock but without harsh engagement. We use this clutch in our own 97 Miata. This Miata clutch is a great for stock Miatas, modified Miatas, autocrossers, track day Miatas, and even low boost Miatas (no more than 8psi). Exedy 10805.

Thanks for such speedy and great service.

I think that Brian Goodwin is the perfect example of what is good about the aftermarket industry. He is one of the few vendors that actually cares about his customers. He is the example that all companies should be trying to emulate when it comes to customer service. Not to mention his ingenuity and desire to improve on what is already a great car. I have never had a "bad" experience with Good-win-racing. Well, except for the constant temptation to SPEND MORE MONEY.
