The difference between version 1 and version 2 of our Miata Big Brakes is simply and ONLY that the rear rotor on this version is cast iron. We designed this setup for the Miata owner needing additional stopping power and thermal capacity. Includes: Wilwood Dynalite Forged 4 Piston Billet Aluminum Calipers in front, Stainless Front Lines, Wilwood Q pads for front and Porterfield R4S pads rear, four aluminum hats and four rotors (10.75 inch rear, 11 inch front). Enough thermal capacity for any Miata. Front and rear rotors on this version of our Miata Big Brakes are NOT drilled and NOT slotted. The advantage is that the front rotors are standard Wilwood part numbers that are available eveywhere well under $100, and the connecting hardware is all standardized.
