The addition of a larger aftermarket rear sway bar on the Mazda 6 can increase the stress loads on the original OEM sway bar endlinks. After receiving feedback about stock endlink ball joints that had been torn away from their sockets, Racing Beat decided to design a pair of upgraded units. These Racing Beat endlinks are patterned after the OEM-style endlinks, but include an improved ball joint design structure to address the increased demands of a larger rear sway bar. These Racing Beat endlink units have been designed to offer a 12x increase in pull out strength over the stock units. The sealed bearing is self-lubricating and should offer many miles of maintenance free driving.
