This Proxes 4 is a V rated performance tire with an aggressive unidirectional tread design and Toyo's unique "W-shape" tread pattern. The latest silica-reinforced, high-grip tread compound makes this a high performance tire that can also deliver very long tread life. High angle tread grooves to evacuate water and paired shoulder blocks to increase cornering grip with a curving center rib to enhance directional stability. Two full-width steel belts and all-season tread design. MandS rated and also features T-Mode Design Technology, "Multi-Wave Sipe" for reduced heel and toe wear, - Variable-pitch block tread pattern, Jointless edge and cap ply construction, Jointless bead wire, - 300 UTQG Treadwear rating - AA UTQG Traction rating - A UTQG Temperature Rating Brian's application notes.

This Toyo should not be confused with the others. The Toyo RA1 is the race tire, the Toyo T1R is their highest performance street tire and this Proxes 4 is a pretty big step down in grip from the T1R but what it gives up in grip it delivers in all weather capability and twice the durability...all at a bargain price for famous Toyo quality.
