With Brian's help, I was able to get the nut off using some liquid wrench. Applied and let it sit for 4-6 hours, and used a vice grip wrench. Still took some...

One other question:Is the spoiler made with polyester resin or epoxy resin? Apparently, that makes a difference when painting.Thanks
