Enkei MX5 Miata wheels are light and strong. If you want 18 inch wheels on your Miata, you want to do it right by keeping the weight down so that you do not end up with bad ride quality and handling. The stock MX5 Miata wheel is over 17 pounds and this Enkei Miata wheel is an inch more in diameter and half an inch wider than stock but amazingly it too is under 18 pounds! Enkei's Rolling Rim technology means forged like strength, much stronger than stock and most aftermarket choices despite the light weight. Enkei's pocket design around the bolt holes further increases regidity and cooling. The subtle ribs on the spoke sides are also a strength adding feature.
