DESCRIPTION

Perfect RX8 Street or Autocross clutch, excellent for daily-driven RX8. This is the preferred clutch for street and light horsepower track use. Driveability is similar to the stock clutch with smooth engagement characteristics. Although pedal loads will be slightly higher because of the increased clamping load (25% greater), this kit is well suited for use on a daily-driven RX8. The clutch disc is equipped with spring center dampers to reduce drivetrain shock.

Specs:
*Torque Rating: 306 (at flywheel) / 232 (at wheels)
* Clamp Load (Lbs): 2,001

This is a complete kit at a great price! Includes replacement throw out bearing, pilot bearing, and a clutch installation alignment tool.

This complete RX8 Clutch kit is ideally suited for street or modified RX-8s, and the drivability of the organic material disc are similar to the stock RX8 clutch. Increased pressure plate clamping loads provide the necessary capacity to handle the performance demands of modified RX8 engines and spirited RX8 driving.

Customer Reviews

EXEDY Racing Stage 1 RX8 Clutch Kit (10812)

I'm a bit disappointed in this clutch. The pedal is very heavy for a stockish replacement. During the first 500 or so miles it took almost no slipping to get a massive whiff of burnt clutch. It has gotten better but it's still way easier than any clutch I've driven to burn. I've been driving manuals for over twenty years so I don't think it's me.
