The Beatrush Miata PPF Performance Bar restrains the Miata drivetrain to enhance rigidity, which makes the suspension movement more precise and enhances steering response as well as traction (significantly reduces wheel hop).
Light Weight, Strong, and Rigid. Made of Aluminum. Developed by Beatrush of Japan. Track tested for functionality by Beatrush.
BRIAN'S APPLICATION NOTES: Great mod for race cars, but for street cars notice that you will pick up more gear whine because this item works by taking away much of the isolation effects of the bushings on the factory power plant frame.
PLEASE NOTE: This item can take 6-8 weeks to arrive, please allow for this time frame before purchase.

*Update for my last review*
I have since installed a roadstersport midpipe and muffler on my car, which is quieter than my Magnaflow system was. With this setup, the gear whine is slightly more apparent than before with the top and windows up. It is also slightly more apparent when coasting in gear with the top down at low speeds. There is no increased gear whine in all other driving conditions.
This brace went on my car in lieu of poly diff bushings. I already had poly engine mounts and wanted to remove as much slop as possible from the drivetrain.
The brace itself looks good; nice welds, lightweight, someone definitely sweated the fitment. Speaking of fitment, insert the PPF bolts before inserting the lower control arm bolts or you'll waste half an hour fruitlessly trying to make it all line up like I did. You'll need a 17mm and 19mm socket along with a 10 mm hex socket.
Driving with it on I'm seeing slightly snappier up and downshifts, no more missed 2-3 upshift, less wheel hop when peeling away from a stop and lots of gear whine with the top up. Roll down a window or put the top down and it fades although keep in mind that this is with my relatively loud magnaflow exhaust.
