Standard connecting rods should be upgraded when power output levels surpass 220bhp or 7200rpm is exceeded for extended periods of time. Cosworth connecting rods are forged from high strength steel and feature a strong but light-weight profile.

Total weight is reduced. Heavy duty rods bolt are included. These rods are engineered to withstand high rpm and horsepower applications and are the same connecting rod used in our 300hp Formula Atlantic race engines. Bushed for a floating pin and sold in matched sets of four.
