Thank you. You have rated this product.

Streamline tops are made to the exact pattern of the New 2006 MX-5. This design eliminates the deck seams (front to back seams above the doors) and the rear window panel standard on 90-05 Miatas. This makes for an outstanding looking top that is sleek and smooth. The added benefit of this design is there are less processes on the manufacturing side so it is a great value.

The top incorporates a zipperless Heater/Defroster glass window so putting it up and down is no longer a hassle. With Robbins' huge buying power we are able to bring you a Heater/Defroster top for what others charge for a standard glass window. Those 90-97 Miata owners that have a hard top can now enjoy the Defroster in their soft top as well. Manufactured to Robbins' industry leading standards for quality, this top features Robbins' Sunfast canvas, aside from being the most sensuous topping available, Robbins' Sunfast canvas has a practical side as well.

Sunfast canvas stretches much easier in colder temperatures than vinyl. This means you don't have to be Hercules to put your top up on a cool morning. Superior fit, quality and value including a 3-year warranty.

After reading many other positive reviews on both the GWR and Miata forums I finally decided to buy this product. My main concern for many months was whether or not I was up to the task of installing the header. But with the excellent instructions on Brian's forum as well as several Miata forum threads it turned out easier than I expected. After receiving notice that the header would arrive on a Friday afternoon, I began the disassembly process. After about 3 hours I had the stock manifold out. Later that afternoon the new catted header arrived right on schedule. And it is a thing of beauty. I opted for the stainless version. Installation on Saturday morning took another 3 hours, although I could have shaved some time off of that but I was actually enjoying the process of double checking torque values and cleaning up my engine compartment. I already have the GWR catted midpipe, so that connection was a snap. I put everything back together, reconnected my battery, and went for a drive. NO CODES! Nice throaty sound with my RSII muffler, and a significant boost in power and low/mid torque. Another happy camper here. I since have added a M-E tune and I feel I have realized all of the gains that Brian has achieved on his 2012 project Miata. I've put several hundred miles on my Miata since the install with zero problems. This is the car that Mazda should have built all along. Thanks Brian.

Wanted to say thanks. The exhaust system fit perfectly, no drone at steady throttle, but a nice sound winding thru the gears. And it does sound a lot like my old Alfa. The Racing Beat lowering springs are just right. Appreciate the tech advice and the service.
