Thank you. You have rated this product.

This is what we have in our Project Blue.

This kit MotoEast EcuTek Reflash is the icing on the cake to do after you have done our full header and exhaust combo. This combines the superior Ecutek hardware and software with the years of tuning experience on the MX5 platform by MotoEast. This means the customer is able to access the most easy to use and versatile equipment to be able to remotely flash and datalog the vehicle--while getting the best tuning service available from Moto-East.

The EcuTek ProEcu Programming kit is hardware only, and allows you to flash your car using our tunes, or later on, tunes from another tuner should you switch makes or have a setup not supported by Moto-East. You will need to select a tuning option above for the level of support you will require. Please note that this does not allow DIY editing; but only the flashing of supplied tunes. This is also a full featured datalogger, stay tuned for a video demonstration (requires a laptop with a USB drive.)

Note that this is for NON-COMMERCIAL use and CANNOT BE SHIPPED TO AUSTRALIA OR JAPAN AT THIS TIME.

This includes: Custom Tuning, cable for computer connection to your car through the OBDII cable, and USB dongle that includes the sofware license.

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK? Instructions included but process is very simple. We send you the box with cable to attach a notebook computer to the car OBDII outlet, and a separate USB Dongle that contains the license. You start by downloading the software to your computer from the Ecutek site. Then you use that software with the cable and USB Dongle to download ('Ecu Dump') the calibration that is in your car from Mazda (over 2 dozen factory calibrations so this step tells the tuner which is actually in your Miata). You send that downloaded calibration by email to Mike at Motoeast and he sends back modified calibration for upload back into the car. After loading the modified calibration you do some driving with the notebook computer attached to the OBDII outlet to log how the car responds to the changes and send Mike that log. Mike has done so many that usually just one round of this process is needed but if going E85 or other more specialized tunes then a few rounds of the log and load calibration process may be required before the tune is dialed in just right. NOT CARB APPROVED, CANNOT SHIP TO RESIDENTS OF CALIFORNIA.

My 91 MX-5 is running awesome thanks to the parts I put on it from your website, racing beat sway bars, racing beat endlinks, racing beat muffler, magnaflow catalytic con, shifter parts, and a few more. I look forward to ordering a new exedy performance clutch and light weight flywheel from Good-Win Racing in a couple months.

I think that Brian Goodwin is the perfect example of what is good about the aftermarket industry. He is one of the few vendors that actually cares about his customers. He is the example that all companies should be trying to emulate when it comes to customer service. Not to mention his ingenuity and desire to improve on what is already a great car. I have never had a "bad" experience with Good-win-racing. Well, except for the constant temptation to SPEND MORE MONEY.
