DESCRIPTION

Unlike other clutch lines, the extended length clutch line from Techna Fit replaces the soft line as well as the troublesome coiled hard line near the slave cylinder. This clutch line measure 22" end to end.

Benefits of removing the coiled hard line include more room near the slave cylinder for servicing, easier removal of transmission or motor from the car and a quicker bleeding process.

Additionally the Techna Fit stainless braided clutch line offers superior performance, longer life and better pedal feel since OEM rubber lines expand. Utilizing Teflon tubing with a stainless steel outer tube, this line is a must for any clutch system.<

Techna Fit Extended Stainless Steel Clutch Line

I just installed this when I did my second clutch master and slave replacement. I wanted to replace the original 27 year old rubber soft line. It was much easier to connect this line to the slave and bleeding was easier, too. This part replaces the soft line and the curly steel line at the slave. These two connect at a bracket that bolts into the starter with a 12 mm bolt on my '96. I had just removed this bolt to replace my starter and was able to reach it from underneath with a couple of long 3/8" inch socket extentions and a wobble extention. I unbolted the bracket and removed it along with the old lines without separating them. I highly recommend that you install this line when you replace your slave. You won't regret it,
