Can I Take It Through a Car wash?
Sure, but at least think about going touchless. If you are going to spare your car the holes drilled in the bumper, you are also going to want to spare your paint the scratches and swirls of an automatic carwash!

Mazda Platypus Pro-Series License Plate Mount
Be sure to clean the threads on your tow hook. Sticks out a little further than I liked, but if you use a spacer and long enough bolt, you can mount it to one of the bolts in the grille. When mounted to the welded nut behind the trim pieces on the grille, sits about 1/4 to 1/2 inch off of the bumper. But is sturdy and expect the finish to last a long time.
Not really much to say: It's stubby, it's an antenna, it's VERY nice quality! Very pleased.
Initially I thought it was a bit expensive but upon receipt this REALLY is every dollar of value that you pay for it. VERY sturdy construction, quick and easy install, and it certainly doesn't flex when you run your shin into it (ouch!). Very pleased with it!
