Thank you. You have rated this product.

These are replacement brake lines for those who ALREADY have one of the ND front brake kits with Wilwood calipers. If you do not have Wilwood calipers, these will NOT fit your car. These are the lines we include in our front Big Brake kits.

Techna-Fit MX5 brake lines are made using teflon hose. The teflon hose has an extruded teflon core, with an outer stainless steel braided wire covering. The chrome or zinc plated steel fittings are then permanently crimped on each end.

All Techna-Fit hoses have a PVC cover, which gives added protection from flying debris; it also gives some abrasion protection from the line rubbing on suspension parts, in extreme braking conditions, with full compression (most movement of line). One advantage is that Techna-Fit MX5 brake lines reduce volumetric expansion. Over time and under continuous use, OEM MX5 rubber lines can swell and expand, exposing the driver to brake fade. The rubber cover is also vulnerable to attacks from the ozone layer (rubber deteriorates and causes failure).

In extreme applications (autocross, racing, hard driving) rubber Miata Brake line hoses might be susceptible to debris, thus causing failure. Stainless steel hoses provide some added protection from these issues. All Techna-Fit's factory assembled MX5 brake line kits are backed by their lifetime warranty. Sorry, don't yet know if these work with the Brembo calipers.

Thanks for making this work and providing great customer service! I had a full weekend with the install, but man was it worth it. The flywheel was such a good choice. I can't believe how much easier rev-matching down shifts are. The ACT is surprisingly easy to live with, even with the engagement point very low. I'll tackle that when it stops raining. Thanks again for making this happen this weekend.

I think that Brian Goodwin is the perfect example of what is good about the aftermarket industry. He is one of the few vendors that actually cares about his customers. He is the example that all companies should be trying to emulate when it comes to customer service. Not to mention his ingenuity and desire to improve on what is already a great car. I have never had a "bad" experience with Good-win-racing. Well, except for the constant temptation to SPEND MORE MONEY.
