Thank you. You have rated this product.

**This clutch has not yet been released. We currently have a pre-production version from ACT in our GWR ND for testing. Price listed here is a best guess but is not yet fixed. ETA is September.**

Full face organic disc with sprung hub makes for a clutch that is still reasonably easy to drive in all street conditions, but paired with the heavy duty pressure plate this combo is able to hold more than twice the torque of the factory clutch.

ACT Stage One Heavy Duty Clutch Kit is rated for 310 ft lbs of torque (at the flywheel). We recommend this clutch for anyone adding a turbo or supercharger to their MX5. Comes complete with Pressure Plate, Clutch Disc, Throw Out Bearing, Pilot Bearing and Clutch Alignment Tool.

This clutch is compatible with the factory flywheel. However, consider adding a lightweight flywheel at the same time as this clutch. If you're ever going to do it, now is the time while the transmission is already out!

I think that Brian Goodwin is the perfect example of what is good about the aftermarket industry. He is one of the few vendors that actually cares about his customers. He is the example that all companies should be trying to emulate when it comes to customer service. Not to mention his ingenuity and desire to improve on what is already a great car. I have never had a "bad" experience with Good-win-racing. Well, except for the constant temptation to SPEND MORE MONEY.

Thanks for making this work and providing great customer service! I had a full weekend with the install, but man was it worth it. The flywheel was such a good choice. I can't believe how much easier rev-matching down shifts are. The ACT is surprisingly easy to live with, even with the engagement point very low. I'll tackle that when it stops raining. Thanks again for making this happen this weekend.
