Thicker wall race bar for 90-97. Specifications This bar is 1.125 OD (3/16 wall) normally used in the 99-00 application but bent to the 90-97 fitment and is supplied with a heavy-duty clamp, replacement urethane bushings, Prothane bushing grease, and detailed installation instructions. Manufactured by Racing Beat, every bar is designed with two endlink mounting holes and is finished with a red, durable powder-coat finish.

Sounds like you set the Ohlins up correctly with the 198mm measurement for the spring perch. If you are using the Ohlins supplied 4kg/mm springs for the rears...
