When purchased separately, some modification of the proportioning valve knob is required to fit the extension cable in place of the existing knob. When you purchase these together in this combo package, WE will take care of those modifications for you. Comes to you ready to install together in the car.
Includes:
* Wilwood brake bias proportioning valve (with adjustment knob removed by us)
* Adapter fittings for prop valve installation in the Miata
* Wilwood adjuster extension cable
* Wilwood remote adjustment knob with mounting plate
* Tabs for routing extension cable
Depending on your car's exact configuration, you may be able to route the extension cable through an existing hole in the firewall, but note that you MIGHT need to drill a hole for this.
Dimensions:
Mounting plate 2"x2", top of knob extends 1.3" above mounting surface.
RYAN'S NOTES: I've been using this remote adjuster in the cockpit of my track car for years. With the adjuster knob in its standard location in the engine bay, you can't make adjustments until you are back in the pits - so dialing in your brake balance for the conditions of the track and weather can take a few sessions of going out and then coming back in for adjustments - and that's half the day. Having this knob inside the car means I can make adjustments immediately while on-track, and usually have the brakes dialed in perfectly by lap 2 or 3!
