Koni has discontinued these shocks. This is the LAST ONE in stock here and we cannot get any more, so it is being sold at a massive discount from the original price of these shocks for someone who either needs a spare or who can find another one somewhere else.

A full inch shorter bodies and MUCH more aggressive valving combine for a motorsports legend in the making. Koni's RACE shocks for the Miata are perfect for use with high spring rates such as those that come with our Ground Control Coilover kits. See the effect of the much more serious valving on the dyno graph posted below...

Price is PER shock...but only sold in pairs so order two of each!!!

BRIAN's APPLICATION NOTES: Designed to be used with threaded body coilover conversion.....like our Ground Control Kits. AND...don't forget upgraded bumpstops (see our FCM bumpstops and shock install kits). Note that KONI specs this shock for 90-97 but you can use it in the later cars (several ways to do this including just using the top mount bits for NA).
