Get rid of the worst bottle neck in the system--the intake manifold! BUILD TIME IS 2-4 weeks currently. Initial batch of 15 only.After a year in development Moto East has now released their intake manifold for the 2.5 and 2.0 MZR engines. Designed for the MZR/Duratec in a RWD configuration, it is ideal for operation above 5500 RPM.
Utilizing larger and shorter runners, the ports are perfectly matched to the 2.5 head. You can still use this on the 2.0, but port the runners on the head to make the best of it.
These manifolds are made 100% in house, and Moto East is committed to fair trade practices and all components are either US or Australian made.
All of Moto East CNC flanges are cut here in the US. Uses a high temperature rated o-ring seal ideal for both boosted and NA applications.
Note: Absolutely not emissions legal as it deletes the EGR. OFF ROAD USE ONLY!
While this manifold is designed for the 06+ MX5 Miata, it should work on most RWD configurations of the MZR/Duratec. So lotus 7/locost replicas/escort conversions should all be able to benefit from this manifold.
