Brian's Feedback: MANY customers asked us to try them. The upside is lots of BIG VALUE here, good quality springs and anodized everything and top mounts. We drove these hard in our NC Budget Racer Project at first autocross with 100 competitors and were the fastest thing with doors! I like this ClubRace version MUCH more than CRD, more spring rate yet I swear these actually ride much better over sharp pavement transitions than the lower cost and lower spring rate setup.

From basket case to fast autocross toy, junkyard motor and these coilovers got our Budget Racer NC Miata to fastest car with doors at this event with nearly 100 competitors, only a formula less than half our weight on hoosier slicks went a few tenths faster (we were on Rivals). Practice fun run with passenger in light rain!
I purchased these through GWR after going through all of the reviews, and reading the results that Brian was having with their Budget NC project car. I opted for the CLubRace over the CRD because they are only marginally more expensive and they give me a lot more flexibility to perform at the track with big sticky tires.
So far, I have only driven them on the street on my stock tires and obviously I have noticed that they are amazing! An incredible upgrade over stock. They are certainly stiff for DD duty, but that is not what my MX5 is meant for. These are going to hold their own at the track and I am sure my skill level will be beneath their capabilities. I would absolutely recommend these to any who lives in an area with good roads who also wants to hit the track or AutoX.
They are also beautiful to look at. I had 3 separate mechanics at my local Mazda dealer compliment me on the look of the coilovers, as well as the stance of the car... now if I could only get my bigger wheels on!
