Anti-roll bars dramatically improve handling. How? They minimize the traction-robbing body "lean" that rolls part of the outside tires off the pavement. Our Sport-tuned anti-roll sway bar replaces the skinny OEM rear sway bar and rubber bushings with a larger diameter (stiffer) alloy steel bar and polyurethane bushings.
More roll stiffness means less body "lean", and the tires stay flatter on the pavement (larger contact patches). The result is more grip and added driver control!
-Less body roll means more traction, faster cornering speeds, and increased driver confidence.
-Polyurethane bushings produce crisp response on turn-in. Made here in the USA for us by our friends at Progress Technology. These bars are cold-formed in-house using custom-built precision bending equipment. Laser-cut and CNC bar ends are MIG welded in place using a precise fixture for an exact fit that is more durable than alternatives used by some other choices.

Brian's Notes: First Freeway 270 degree ramp with this was pure love, truck is so much more flat in the turn instead of understeering plow as the stock suspension will as you approach the limit.
A decade ago we did a special order from factory of a Dakota shop truck as a "SPORT" version with upgraded rear sway to get decent balance in that machine, Ford won't do that sort of customization so here we are doing it ourselves to get a more sporty driving Maverick. Stock rear bar is only 270 lbs per inch, GWR Sway Bar 1 inch SOLID BAR UPGRADE with three settings is well above anything that anyone else will make, our three positions on this bar give you spring rates 382, 490 and 610 lbs! This is the bar for drivers that really want their Maverick to be a fun Sports Truck that can handle the turns and turn-in to the corner like a sports car. Fits AWD Maverick and AWD Bronco Sport and all 2020+ Ford Escape.I just received my rear sway bar for our new 2024 Escape AWD Hybrid. The install was straightforward as I had removed one from our 2022 Escape AWD 1.5L 3 cylinder lease vehicle and replaced the bushings with Energy Suspension urethane bushings, so I did remember the twist/turn r & r procedure.
I have the Good-Win bar adjusted to the middle setting and am very pleased with the way the vehicle rides and handles. It is perfectly made, fits with precision, and makes the vehicle even more of a pleasure to drive.
For those who do not know, the OEM rear sway bar bushings are fused to the bar itself making separate bushing replacement difficult. What this does is greatly influence the ride at the rear of the vehicle since the up/down motion is not allowed freedom of movement. I think this is done to keep the bar centrally located in the vehicle. The Good-Win bar has stops welded to the bar itself in the correct location to keep the bar's position in check.

I had a different aftermarket bar that was hollow. It was great until it cracked in half. I got rid of the hollow bar and replaced it with this one.
The Goodwin bar is solid.
Much better!
