Max YOUR ND Miata Performance! Each of our ND has over 200 runs on the dyno to test everything from headers to intakes (the headers work, intakes really don't) to superchargers and turbos. It must be noted that the ND has the smartest ECU we have ever seen, and it takes AGGRESSIVE action to protect the motor. That means even slight variations in weather can result in the car pulling timing, and it also pulls timing if the temperatures of the car fluids start to spike. As a practical matter this means we see dyno results vary by 20 hp and more with just a mild shift in the weather, or fuel, or coolant temps, etc. If your dyno work before and after a change does not precisely duplicate weather variables and car temps and fuel you are wasiting your time and producing data that is not meaningful.
I red'all the parts in the order I placed and installed them in my car yesterday. I am beyond happy. The install went without a hitch. The results were fantastic. The new brakes track straight, make no noise, and stop the car authoritatively. The new rotors look pretty cool, which we all know isn't all that important, but having 6 women offer to bear your children, because your car looks SO cool is a good problem to have. Thanks for making this work and providing great customer service! I had a full weekend with the install, but man was it worth it. The flywheel was such a good choice. I can't believe how much easier rev-matching down shifts are. The ACT is surprisingly easy to live with, even with the engagement point very low. I'll tackle that when it stops raining. Thanks again for making this happen this weekend.
