Made in the USA, All Stainless Steel flanges mean years of quality performance and all the stainless parts have a lifetime warranty (300-cell ceramic catalytic converter used on all units sold in 2012 or later includes a 5 yr/50,000 mile manufacturing defect warranty on its housing and 25,000 mile manufacturing defect warranty on the internals).
APPLICATION NOTES FOR UK cars...UK MX5s with a 1996 P registration or later may require the use of a RoadsterSport or other aftermarket exhaust to use this catalytic converter. The factory cat on those Miats is longer (475mm instead of 440mm) and the exhaust system is not compatible with our cat.

Great product. Failed my smog because of a bad cat, bought this, it bolted right in and I passed! It was also much cheaper than a local shop installing one for me.
