DESCRIPTION

Adjustable coil-overs allow easy adjustment of ride height and the ability to adjust the weight at each corner. With this simple sleeve design, any shock can now be a race ready coil-over.

Ride height is adjustable from stock to 2" lower and more. All aluminum CNC manufacturing makes for light weight parts with smooth and precise adjustment. Performance shocks are recommended...such as our standard Koni Sport shocks. This is Ground Control's standard kit for the Miata with spring rates of 375 front, 250 rear, fits 90-97, Not Sport Suspension. We recommend our standard koni sport shocks with this standard rate Ground Control kit.

We assume KONI shock application version unless you tell us otherwise!!! Yes, includes all four sleeves, perches, and four springs.

BRIAN'S APPLICATION NOTES: I daily drove this combo for many years. This combo was designed for the dual purpose Miata user, somebody driving their Miata to work and then racing it on the weekend. It's a compromise between full race setups like 700 pounds front, and the stock rates that are well under 200 front. It's a racing combo you can drive every day without getting beat up. Front spring is 6 inches, rear is 7 inches.

Ground Control Coilover Conversion 375/250

I bought these for my car sometime back. I previously had Racing Beat 'street' springs, purchase many years ago, but the car sat too low with KONI sport shocks on the highest setting. I purchased these since they work with Konis (new ones) and allow easy adjustment. But they're too stiff. I'd like an option for maybe 250 front, 150 or so rear. Right height is correct but I'm terrified of any large bump, the car has zero compliance in the real world. But if not for being too stiff to work properly with the cats suspension geometry I like them, I like the adjustability and the fit. If the road is smooth they're great. If the road is not smooth you feel like you're
destroying your car.

Easy install on my Koni sports. Took 2 hours in my garage with a set of spring compressors to take out the old springs. New springs are much shorter, doesn't require compressors to re install. New springs arenoticeably stiffer but the ride is not uncomfortable. Body roll is considerably less, and the car is super responsive! For the money it's a great product if you already have updated shocks and are looking for more with our investing in new coilovers.

I ordered this conversion with 400f/300r springs after contacting Good-Win. Brian responded immediately providing guidance and confirming that 6" rear springs would work fine - it is a common request.

I am very happy with my purchase. My Koni Yellows handle the increased rates without issue. I set ride height to 12.5" F / 12.785" rear, and love the way it looks and handles. My first autocross with the setup went well and installation was simple.
