DESCRIPTION
The lightweight design of Exedy racing flywheels reduces friction loss and improves engine response. In addition, their special airflow design improves cooling for less fade and longer clutch life. They are made from billet chromemoly steel, and the ring gear teeth are actually milled into the flywheel, rather than being part of a separate pressed-on or shrink-fit ring gear. As a result, these flywheels are SFI-approved and guaranteed explosion-proof to 15,000 rpm.
