BRIAN'S APPLICATION NOTES: The factory fans are good but if you need a replacement these are a good choice. Installation requires some mechanical skills, including splicing of factory fan leads.
RYAN'S NOTES: The factory fans are VERY good. Consider these an option for those who do not have any fans and need some, but not an upgrade over the factory fans. This fan kit includes a shroud that blocks much more of the radiator than factory. The shroud improves the pressure created by the fans, making them more effective at low speed, at the cost of blocking airflow when the car is moving at high speed. Therefore this kit is more suitable for daily driver stop and go use or autocross than at the racetrack.

Mishimoto Fan and Shroud Kit
Manufacturer box was water damaged during shipping. No Installation Instructions!! The instructions Mishimoto provides on their website is for removal/reinstall of the radiator/shroud combo.. not for the order of washers in the assembly.. which I later found should be as follows:
1) Screw
2) Flat Washer
3) Shroud
4) Lock Washer
5) Radiator
