DESCRIPTION
DTC Stands for Dynamic Torque Control. DTC pads offer consistent feel and bite with smooth release and torque control characteristics.The DTC-60 is a track/race pad that operates from 250-1,550 degrees F. Friction levels are very high - over 0.75! This means excellent stopping power, while still being easy to modulate thanks to the DTC compound.
Note that this pad does not develop much bite/friction when cold. Not recommended for street.
RYAN'S NOTES: This pad has served me very well for years. Smooth initial bite and very high friction, while still being easy to modulate makes for a pad that 'punches above its weight' and performs like much more expensive pads. If you have used Hawk Blue or Black in the past, give these a try - better in every way!
