With any wheel Konig develops with Flow Forming Technology, the end result is stronger, lighter and offers greater elongation and shock resistance than a traditional cast design.

Brian's Application Notes: Applied everything learned from popular Advanti Racing Storm S1, including spoke edges pulled just inside lip to avoid the curb rash which became a common complaint with the Storms, added strength there and to pocketed and ribbed center section so track guys can have a wheel that better survives curb and dropped wheel abuse. Result was the strongest track and street flow formed Miata 15x9 for the money when introduced. This wheel has an excellent 500kg load rating in this size, but time and technology keeps moving and those hard users hitting the curbs and rumble strips at the track with big power and/or big aerodynamics want one of our even newer 550kg load rating 15x9 like Countergram, Hexaform, and particularly the new Ultragram.

Tire Size breakdown:
-195/50 and 205/50: not recommended
-225/45: Tires fit NB fenders with no mods needed given 1.5 or better negative camber, fits NA with slightly rolled fenders and that negative camber
- 225/50: require rolling and pulling fenders, removing liners on NA, NB only requires slight roll.
-235/50 Toyo R888: requires rolling and pulling on NA, roll only on NB, will rub top of tire at full compression.
-275/35 require rolling and pulling, removing liners on NA, flat roll on NB. 20-30mm spacer recommended to fill aftermarket flares.

12mm bolt holes are perfect for centering wheel on Miata, but some MINI customers would need to change to 12mm studs. Stock lugs too short and fat, see our many lug upgrades.

Will NOT clear stock suspension, need coilovers with 2.5 inch diameter springs or narrower and expect may still rub at full lock (which is not a real issue since full lock is only possible at parking lot speeds), 3mm spacers can be added if you are running so much camber that you rub inside control arms, etc.
