DESCRIPTION

Stoptech Sport Rear Rotors - Drilled and Slotted
Price is for a PAIR of rotors.

Stoptech sport rotors are finished in a durable black e-coat on the hat, edges and internal vanes to prevent corrosion. The braking surfaces are left in a bare iron finish to improve brake pad bed-in.

Every StopTech Sport Rotor is produced from a high quality Centric Parts blank casting and finished in a durable e-coating for corrosion resistance.

A set of StopTech rear replacement Sport Rotors is a great way to match the aesthetics of a front Big Brake Kit.

LEAD TIME:
Drilled/slotted rotors ship directly to you from StopTech's warehouse. Please note that StopTech typically takes a few weeks for order processing, and may create shipping labels and send tracking to you weeks before the rotors actually go out the door. Please do not order these at the last minute and then ask us for updates because we cannot speed up the process. If you need rotors in a shorter timeframe, look to our slotted only StopTech rotors, which we typically keep in stock on our own shelves.

StopTech ND Drilled and Slotted Rotors - REAR PAIR

Took awhile to get these. Once received, install was about 5 minutes per wheel with only two caliper bolts needing to be removed.

The good: braking capacity seemed the same and they look great.

The bad: at any breaking speed above 20mph the rears sound like cicadas (insect), and not one or two cicadas, like a forest filled with them. Very disappointing as I like the winding tree-lined country roads in NC, these completely destroy the driving experience. Can be heard at distance from car.

Goodwin sales said that sometimes cross-drilled/slotted rotors sound like this. I've had these types of rotors before and never heard this. Admittedly, I bought these more for the street show than the track whoa (although I do HPDE and some autocross - backing them with some Porterfield R4s).
