Order Processing

  • Domestic Orders: Most online orders received before noon Pacific Standard Time (PST) Monday through Friday are shipped the same day, following payment confirmation. Note that many items require assembly, production, and/or ship factory direct and may require substantial additional time to ship.
  • Foreign Orders: Foreign orders must be paid with a credit card or wire transfer in U.S. funds. On foreign orders all duties, brokerage, customs, and taxes, etc., are the responsibility of the customer, and not included in the shipping rate. We try to ship smaller international order items by USPS whenever possible to avoid expensive brokerage charges, etc.
    PLEASE NOTE that many foreign banks do not have modern Address Verification Systems (AVS). If your bank does not support AVS then your order attempt will receive an "AVS error" or "AVS Mismatch." If you get this message you should NOT repeatedly attempt the order because the result may be that your bank will hold funds on each attempt for several days until they learn that the transactions were in fact declined.
  • Sales Tax: Orders shipped within California will be charged sales tax.
  • Minimum Order: Good-Win Racing has a $10.00 (US) minimum order.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, certified checks, money orders, and personal checks. Foreign orders are charged in US funds.

Our standard shipping is via FedEx. Next Day Air, Next Day Air with Saturday Delivery, and Second Day Air are also available for an additional charge through the online store. The online store will quote all levels of shipping service on the checkout screen by simply entering a state and zip code.

  • A.P.O., F.P.O. and P.O. Box orders are shipped US Postal Service Priority.
  • Large or Oversize Items are shipped via truck and must be paid for in advance via credit card or certified check.
  • Split Orders If your order can't be filled from the same warehouse, we will split the order ship from multiple locations as necessary to fill the order but this will not change the original shipping charge.

Bad addresses, missing apartment numbers, re-routes to another address (your work or friends house etc.) will result in a service charge. UPS and FedEx charge $5.00 for ground corrections and $10.00 for expedited corrections. They charge us, so we will have no choice but to charge you. To avoid any correction charges please double check your address before you submit your order.

Goodwin Racing, Inc. does not use any information that is volunteered to us, or automatically collected by this site, in any way beyond directly servicing the sales of our products. No information is collected and shared with any other entity. All credit card information is collected on a 128-bit secure server. Any customer paperwork, when disposed, is double shredded. Simply put, we treat our customers like we would like to be treated.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. Returns and Refund Policies
Can I return my item?

Custom made or special order item? NO, not returnable
Installed, damaged, incomplete or used? NO- not returnable
New in the box and less than 30 days from ship date? YES

If Yes, We will refund the purchase price minus 20% restocking fee of new and uninstalled non-custom, non-special items returned within 30 days of the ship date. The purchase must have been made through our website, be in new condition and accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA).

A return authorization number (RMA) can be obtained by emailing a request to Good-Win Racing is not responsible for return shipping costs.

If a return is due to our error, we will reimburse reasonable freight charges.

Customer Duty to Inspect Goods on Delivery
Customer must inspect all items on delivery to make sure they are complete and free from damage. Please promptly reply to your emailed receipt from Good-Win Racing to inform us of any problems or to seek clarification on multiple item deliveries. Delivery of shipped merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier (FEDEX, UPS, USPS, etc). If your order arrives damaged (the box is broken open and missing parts, etc), please immediately inform the delivery carrier if possible, and send us an email with details. Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery because all the common carriers have deadlines for making claims beyond which the claim will be declined because it was not made within reasonable time. Please keep all boxes, packing materials, warranty cards, etc. If your order was shipped truck freight, it is vital that you note damage or missing items on the bill of lading when signing the delivery receipt. If there is any other question about your order, contact our customer service department immediately.

Manufacturers' Warranties
Some products sold by Goodwin Racing, Inc. include a manufacturers' warranty. With some of these products the warranty is handled direct by the manufacturer. Other manufacturers' warranties require the customer work through the distributor (Goodwin Racing, Inc.). Nothing in this website shall alter or otherwise extend or modify such manufacturers' warranties and the customer is encouraged to contact Goodwin Racing, Inc. by email with any warranty concerns or questions.


Use of this website constitutes agreement to the terms herein, including that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this website or sales from this website or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in San Diego, before a single arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Judgment on the Award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
