Some products sold by Goodwin Racing include a manufacturers' warranty. With some of these products the warranty is handled directly by the manufacturer. Other manufacturers' warranties require the customer to work through the distributor (Goodwin Racing). Nothing in this website shall alter or otherwise extend or modify such manufacturers' warranties and the customer is encouraged to contact Goodwin Racing by email with any warranty concerns or questions.
Products sold under the RoadsterSport or Good-Win Racing names are made for Good-Win Racing by various manufacturers. In some cases, an item may contain multiple components which are made by different manufacturers.
Each component in a RoadsterSport product carries the warranty offered by the manufacturer of that component. All components in RoadsterSport products retain the manufacturers Right of Inspection and Repair. Right of Inspection means that a manufacturer may require that the item be sent to them for inspection prior to determining if it is eligible for warranty coverage. In cases where there is an issue with multiple components, this may mean that parts need to be sent to more than one location. Right of Repair means that the manufacturer may choose to repair the item instead of replacing it if they determine it is suitable for repair. Suitability for repair is the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
The cost of shipping to and from the manufacturer(s) shall be prepaid by the original purchaser. Good-Win Racing will not pay for the cost of the uninstallation of any items, nor for the installation of the new or repaired item.
