Add FUN right here with one of our best selling MX5 Miata Exhausts!
Good-Win Racing makes and sells more MX5 Miata Exhausts than any other company, and we use that experience to help YOU find the best MX5 exhaust choice. Click on our choices below for extensive descriptions, pictures and even videos to help you pick the right exhaust to maximize your Miata fun! Customers considering our standard length header should look to our special header version SuperQ for a muffler that can handle the sound unleashed by that header swap. The rules change quite a bit with our longtube header because of the massive midpipe resonator it includes, which allows use of that special header setup with any of our muffler choices.
Brian's General Application Notes. Sound preference is VERY SUBJECTIVE, some want more sound, some want less. And there are other considerations such as pitch, generally the single tip designs have a higher pitch, and the twin tip designs have more bass. My personal preference is the single tip designs for the slightly higher pitch, whether we are talking our quiet "SuperQ" or more aggressive volume choices like our SuperStreet or Race mufflers. But many prefer a lower pitch system and do not like the higher pitch balance of the single tips, to each their own, and they will generally prefer a dual tip whether it be our SuperStreet Twin Tip, or the Super-Q Twin Tip, etc. We have numerous videos in the product descriptions below to help you decide which choice you prefer. All owners considering further modifications such as performance headers, performance midpipes, and superchargers, are strongly encouraged to consider the RoadsterSport SuperQ designed to handle the sound unleashed by a header swap.
Note that EVERY brand of exhaust we offer will unmask the burble and 'pops' of unburned fuel that are NORMAL in every exhaust system but normally below the hearing ability of the average consumer. If you have no idea what I am talking about in the last sentence then please go on YOUTUBE and search "sports car exhaust pops" for a quick education. Funny story about exhaust 'pops', when the good folks at BMW designed their MINI they wanted to make it feel less econobox and more sports car so they included a highflow exhaust from the factory so consumers could hear the fun pops from the first test drive.
