Lowers about half an inch, picks up the spring rate 20% for improved handling without significant ride penalty (rates approximately 187 front, 136 rear). Brian's application notes: this is a great spring choice for the guy that wants to drive his RX8 on real world streets every day and have the handling several notches higher than stock RX8, but without a punishing ride.
