Some versions of this platform use passive TPMS system, some use an active system (with in-wheel sensors) . Thus we offer the factory TPMS for those with cars that use it and they want another set for their second or third set of wheels, and we offer regular stems for those with ND that do not use sensors attached to the wheel.
Note that stock Mazda Miata wheel lugs are too short and fat and use of them in most of our Miata wheels will result in scratches even if you use a thin wall socket or plastic covered socket. All our miata wheel lug choices below are narrower than stock miata wheel lugs to help avoid scratching new wheels. In particular notice that the MCGARD spline drive lugs are actually two-piece design so that the part touching the new wheel does not grind against the lug seat of your new Miata wheels, and the included tool bottoms on the McGard Spline Lug instead of touching the wheel at any point.
We offer longer wheel studs for those racing and an open end miata wheel lug is dieal for those using longer wheel studs. The longer Miata wheel studs easily handle tremendous acceleration shock loads (shear) and extra lateral forces (elongation) expected in high G race use.
Miata hubcentric rings are offered below because most modern aftermarket rims are made with an oversize center bore and the centering ring brings that bore size down to the Mazda hub fitment. These help to properly fit and center your new Mazda wheels.
