Our best RX8 Coilover. Front: 80 N/mm(8kg/mm or 458 lbs/in.) Rear: 50 N/mm(5kg/mm or 280 Lbs/in.) Ohlins has lead the way for suspension design in the world of motorsports for decades. This package comprises mono tube design shocks, with 25 clicks of adjustment. The beauty of the Ohlins is not only will your RX8 handle better, be easier to drive at the limit, but it will also ride better than stock.

Application Notes from Brian: I have used Ohlins for decades in my motorcycles and have always been pleased with the ability of this brand to provide both great handling and great ride quality and the Ohlins RX8 coilover kit continues this tradition. The ride is nearly stock-like yet far less busy. Handling is more controlled light years beyond stock...we set top time of day in our local autocross on our first day out with these installed....simply amazing. Same kit as the H/A version except with the DFV dual valving technology.
2015 UPDATE: Now includes rear adjustment cables to make adjustment of the rear damping on the car easy! Front is already easy, just lift the hood to adjust.

Ohlins Road & Track DFV Coilovers for RX8 - OUR BEST RX8 COILOVERS
I bought the Ohlins coilovers for my daily driver/open track day 2004 Mazda RX8 because I wanted to have the ability to adjust the height of the car as well as the damping. First, the kit showed up to my house in very professional looking packaging, which I thought was a nice touch. The kit was fairly easy to install, my guess is it would be the same as replacing the stock coilovers, aside from having to assemble the coilovers. Assembly of the coilovers was pretty easy, the instructions were pretty straight forward. I left the ride height at the setting that the kit came at (-35 mm) which gave the car a really nice stance without being too low, in my opinion. The car rides and handles really nice when set at one of the softer settings (20 clicks or so) and firms up well when set to the firmer levels (I generally have mine at 2 clicks front and 5 clicks rear.) My only comment on the kit is that someone who's looking for a really serious setup might need to look at the Race kit. All in all, really happy with the Ohlins coilover kit, and the support that Good-Win-Racing provided. Everything shipped quickly and showed up to my house without issue.
