These springs have been designed with a rate increase of approximately 21% (front - 195 lb/in) and 34% (rear - 123 lb/in) with a modest drop of 1.25-inch (front) and 1-inch (rear). (As compared to a Miata equipped with a manual transmission and non-sport suspension.)
If your car is still running on the original shocks, it is certainly time to consider a replacement! We do not suggest installing aftermarket performance-based springs on a set of tired high mileage shocks, as this may produce a "springy" and bouncy ride. If you wish to noticeably improve the handling performance of your car, combine a set of new springs with a set of Koni Yellow shocks. Although the ride quality will become firmer, the handling improvements will be a much-welcomed improvement.
Price shown is for a complete set of four (4) springs.
