DESCRIPTION

Sport size rear brake update kit for earlier Miatas complete with calipers and rotors and pads and lines and all hardware needed to update early Miata to SPORT size rear brakes! Upgrades/updates the rear brakes to the large "Sport" size that came on 01-05 Miatas. Fits all 90-05 Miatas. Ideal for balancing a large front big brake kit.

Centric Rear Calipers
These caliper units feature all new castings, hardware and brackets necessary for a complete installation. Rear caliper upgrades come with an aqueous based rust inhibitor.

Stoptech Slotted Rotors
StopTech Sport Rotors look great behind custom wheels, improve the initial bite of the brake pads, and help wipe away the debris that forms between the pad and the disc. A set of StopTech rear replacement Sport Rotors is a great way to match the aesthetics of a StopTech Big Brake Kit.

Stoptech Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines
Stoptech's stainless lines provide a quicker, firmer, more consistent pedal response by maintaining consistent brake pressure. Additionally, stainless steel lines provide precision brake modulation, especially during threshold braking. The improvement in pedal feel is more dramatic on older vehicles where the factory rubber line may have softened and swelled due to age.

Pads
Kit ships with Stoptech 309 compound pads. These are a "triple duty" performance street pad and can be used for street, autocross and LIGHT track duty. Pairs well with a street pad in the front. Race pads can be substituted upon request.
