CCP NA Lightweight Hood - With Built In Headlight Covers

Lightweight fiberglass race hood made by CCP Fabrication for the 90-97 NA Miata, with headlight covers built into the hood for those who have eliminated the headlights.

This is a RACE hood. Made for those who want the lightest hood possible for their race car. One should not expect OEM fitment. Duplicate of original shape but a fraction of the weight (About 10 lbs). Hand laid fiberglass with white gelcoat. Has embedded nuts in the underside to accept OEM hood hinges. Does NOT work with the stock hood latch - you must use hood pins, like the Aerocatch flush mount hood pins we sell separately on our site.

Optional Intake Duct: This option adds a large NACA duct in the left side headlight area. Often used to supply cool air to an intake, or oil cooler, etc.

CCP constructs their body panels with hand laid fiberglass over a white gelcoat that is ready to paint. The molds release a glossy white panel, tempting to forgo painting, but require painting (or vinyl wrap) to maintain integrity as gelcoat does not contain UV protection.
