DESCRIPTION

Enclosed in a durable 18 gauge, powder-coated heat shield; this air intake system features a washable/reusable conical air filter that improves airflow for increased horsepower and torque. Heat shield requires little or no assembly.
Comes with aFe's Pro DRY S Air Filter. With three layers of progressively finer mesh synthetic media between 100% polyurethane top and base, this high flow, "oil-free" conical performance filter provides maximum convenience and easy maintenance with excellent airflow. Washable and reusable for multiple cleanings.

Fits 1st generation Mini Cooper S 1.6L Supercharged: 2002-2006 R53 hatchback and 2005-2008 R52 convertible. Does not fit the non-supercharged versions of those cars.
