For RoadsterSport ClubSport coilovers with Koni RACE shocks ONLY. Not compatible with any other coilovers or shocks. DO NOT BUY THESE if you do not already have our ClubSport coilovers. Note these are NOT going to just fit other coilovers that come with top hats designed for 2.5 inch diameter springs, these require factory top hats.ClubSport coilovers now come with option of two different spring rates. We offer the springs separately here for folks who want to change to the other spring rate later.
Prime Section Spring rates:
STREET: Front 390 lb/in, Rear 225 lb/in (7k/4k)
TRACK: Front 500 lb/in, Rear 280 lb/in (9k/5k)
Developed specifically for our ClubSport coilovers, these dual-rate springs are a two-in-one wonder that operates like a traditional (and more complex) multi-spring stack found on dedicated race coilovers.
We rolled the helper and main spring into one spring by working with Progress Technology to develop a special spring that has both a main rate portion and a lower helper rate portion. Having this all incorporated in one spring eliminates the complexity of needing adapters and bearings between multiple springs. Some coilovers need up to 7 individual parts to make up one spring stack on a shock! Here you have just one spring and no potential noise sources that traditional multi-spring stacks can suffer. These springs are also tapered so they fit the factory hat up top and then narrow down to 2.5" diameter with flat base at the bottom so they sit correctly on the adjustable height lower spring perch.
