Don't forget that the crank bolt and washers are one-time use, so you want to get a fresh set of those for installing your new Fluidampr pulley! We have a package of genuine Mazda crank bolt and washers available separately on our site.

We ran out of time before Sonoma to install the Fluidampr on the 2.5. And thus it has sat in my office at the shop waiting for a light week to get it on the car. Got it installed now and WOW, wish we had done this earlier! The Fluidampr is the SECRET SMOOTH SAUCE for your 2.5 installs. As folks know, putting the 2.5 in the NC means the balance shafts must be removed for the motor to fit in the car and that leaves some vibrations and crank harmonics that are detrimental for long engine life. But beyond the obvious desire to make our engines LIVE longer, we also want the 2.5 to be running just as smooth as our original factory 2.0 liter and this is what the Fluidampr does. I only wish we had done it even sooner, the 2.5 is so smooth now, like a factory installation.
