Did you know that when your NC Miata was built that FORD had a controlling interest in Mazda and the waterpump in your NC Miata from the factory is a cheap Ford unit with 'FoMoCo' on it? The great news about that fact is that Ford made high performance turbo 'Ecoboost' versions of this family of motors with higher performance water pumps that bolt right into your NC Miata and give MUCH better flow. This is a genuine Ford Motorcraft Premium Performance water pump for the most demanding use of those Ecoboost applications and it bolts right into NC Miata! This water pump is a direct fit on all NC Mazda Miata 2006-2015 2.0L, and those upgraded to 2.5L engines. The more efficient 3D impeller design gives improved coolant flow and better avoids cavitation than the stock NC water pump's stamped steel design. A fantastic upgrade for any NC Miata doing track work, particularly useful for those with our upgraded bigger-than-stock radiators.
