If your 2006 to 2012 MX5 Miata did NOT come from the factory with a shock tower brace and it has 16 inch wheels then you will need this bolt-in bracket to install the MazdaSpeed and other shock tower braces. If your new 2006 to 2012 MX5 Miata did come from the factory with a shock tower brace, then this item is ALREADY installed. This item ships direct from Mazda, and because it is a factory part it has no instructions or hardware, assumes access to a factory service manual for install and/or install by a Mazda trained dealership mechanic.
