The HP Plus is the brake pad for the dual purpose Miata owner.

HP PLUS Performance Miata brake pads are streetable and yet capable of handling hard use. The HP Plus material is a high-friction compound that can handle the temperatures of autocross and even track days for drivers in the novice or intermediate groups.

Intermediate to advanced drivers should look to a more track-focused pad for racetrack use.

Warning! There is no "free lunch" with brake pads! Higher friction and performance comes at the cost of rotor wear, noise, and dust. For the dedicated Miata street user we strongly recommend staying with Hawk HPS or Porterfield R4S Miata brake pads instead.
