DESCRIPTION

SPECIAL SBC FINISH! SBC (SPECIAL BRILLIANT COATING) is a breakthrough technology that has enabled ENKEI to achieve a chrome-looking finish using synthetic coating over polished surface to achieve a brilliant metal finish without the high maintenance or weight associated with chrome. Starting with a polished process before the coating results in weight of only 16 pounds. Includes Enkei Aluminum Valve Stems!

Nothing else comes close to this combination of ultra light weight and strength (Rolling Rim technology used to make these rims results in grain alignment just like in forged wheels for greater strength than is available from mere cast wheels but at much lower cost than forged wheels).

Note the RP-F1 wheel does NOT include center caps but we have them on the website sold separately. Takes a 73/67 ring for those that want the hubcentric rings, available elsewhere on the website.

MAT Technology

The Enkei Most Advanced Technology (M.A.T) process combines one-piece cast wheel technology with a rim forming spinning process. Using this rim forming M.A.T process improves material strength dramatically as compared with normal cast wheels. Rim-Rolled technology shapes the rim to improve material elongation without sacrificing the wheels hardness.

SPEC-E

All Enkei wheels are engineered to pass rigorous testing. In fact, Enkei established its own test standard called "Spec-E," which is tougher than JWL requirements. Enkei s Spec-E test setting requires a higher drop point in the impact test and 20% more cycles for the rotary bending fatigue and dynamic radial fatigue tests than JWL standards.The Spec-E represents Enkei s confidence in its technology and quality of Enkei wheels.
