DESCRIPTION

Price is for a pair of rotors.

2-piece rear rotor upgrade in the same size as the factory 11" rotor for a "drop in" fit for 2006-2015 MX5s. These rotors work with the factory rear calipers or any other caliper designed to work over a stock rotor.

Less weight than the factory rotors means better ride quality and performance. 2-piece rotors also handle high heat better than standard single-piece rotors as they resist warping.

The aluminum center hats are specifically designed for this application and are hubcentric. CNC from 6061 aluminum and hard anodized. Hardware is included.

Saves 6 lbs of rotational mass over the factory rotors! (3 lbs per side)

NOTE: The friction rings for these rotors are made to order based on your request for slotted or plain face. Typically 2 week turn-around time for them to be made from the time of your order.

Featured in our RACE cars AND our STREET Cars like our Street Project 08 below. For street these help improve ride quality thanks to nice drop in unsprung weight, and they visually match our budget NC Big Brakes at the front (and we used our Red Caliper paint on rear factory calipers to match front Wilwood calipers). Looks great, stops great, rides great!.

Goodwin Racing Superlight 2-Piece Rotors - REAR PAIR

I have not had a chance to put these to use yet but when you install these you either have to remove the dust shield or modify it. The bolts hit a certain place on the shield. I chose to modify because it was easy.
I suggest spinning the rotor to see where it is hitting and then simply beat those places in.
Very simple and easy.
