It ships with gaskets and hardware. This piece fit absolutely perfectly, quality is sublime. This is a very loud piece, great for track use. No leaks or rattles, 10/10.
Since I had a 19992 Miata, and it is considered a classic car after 25 years, thus no more emissions test, this pipe replaced the existing Catalytic converter and fit like a glove! I could feel the increase in power instantly...
